Pioneer Dental College & Hospital

Bangladesh with a population of 120 millions had only one Govt. Dental college at Dhaka and two other Dental Units (not full fledged) are attached to Chittagong and Rajshahi Medical College and so far only 1000 qualified Dental Surgeons had been working throughout the country. There was a great need of more Dental institutions to produce qualified Dental and Oral Surgeons. It was expected Private Dental Colleges will be successful and contribute to a great extent in the process of national development. Pioneer Dental College the first non-Govt. of Dental college obtained permission from the Govt. of Bangladesh on j20th April 1995 and affiliated with Dhaka University. Beside the College is recognized by BM & DC (Bangladesh Medicaland Dental Council).Results of University professional examinations are very satisfactory with securing 1st, 2nd, 3rd position among all Dental Colleges under University of Dhaka.
