Today the company has a paid up capital of Tk. 100 crore and has an associate company, which is publicly listed by the name of Summit Alliance Port Limited (SAPL). The company owns and operates the largest inland container terminal facility in Bangladesh. Alliance plans to invest further and diversify its portfolio focusing on infrastructure related projects.
